House rules

As Marloth Park is a tranquil and unique place there are a few rules to obey:-

  • No parties or load music
  • Quiet after 10pm
  • No smoking or hubbly bubblies
  • Do not feed the animals anything other than game pellets that can be purchased at the shop.
  • Do not attempt to touch the animals. They remain wild animals and local Doctors has to regularly stitch up people who don’t follow this rule.
  • No pets allowed, not even a small one. They will disturb the wildlife or be hurt by the wildlife.
  • Check in times between 3pm an 8pm. Checkout by 10am unless differently arranged with the house manager.

Marloth Park is on the Crocodile River overlooking the Kruger National Park and only 20 minutes away from the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate, Marloth Park is the ideal breakaway to relax in a bush environment with wild game including Giraffe, Kudu, Njala, Zebra, Wildebeest, Impala and Bushbuck roams between houses and sometimes right up to your doorstep. It also boasts a private game reserve (Lionspruit) where guests can take game drives. Although Marloth Park is a holiday town, it has all the shops you need for your self catering needs as well as a selection of restaurants.
